Are you an all inclusive venue?

We currently are venue only and do not offer any complete packages.

Is there a reservation fee? What is the payment schedule?

Yes. When the contract is signed we require a $1,000 non-refundable reservation fee (first payment) to hold the date. 12 months prior to the event 50% of the remaining balance is due (second payment). The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.

What is your building capacity?

Our venue will comfortably host 200 including the wedding party.

What forms of payment does The Manor take?

Our preferred form of payment is cash or check.

Can we bring our own caterers?

Yes, we allow you to bring any caterer as long as they are licensed and insured.

Can we come early to decorate / drop things off?

Unfortunately, you will only have access to the venue during your event hours, as stated on your contract. Please plan accordingly.
